Local chef Vijitha Shyam of Spices and Aroma will be preparing eight courses of small dishes to be paired with the wines of Big Dog Vineyards.

Shrimp and Grits with Spicy Sauce

Bhel and Papdi Chaat

Vegetable Coconut Rice Noodles with Fried Onions and Cilantro

Pepper Chicken with Yogurt Rice, Caramelized Onions, and Pesto

Gulab Jamun Cheesecake  with Rose Petal Jam and Almonds

Jackfruit Cupcake with Coconut Frosting 

Spices and Aroma emerged as a pop-up restaurant in San Francisco in 2014. The brand is all about cooking great food and creating great memories for food lovers. The meals happen at secret locations in San Francisco and South Bay Area / Silicon Valley. Spices and Aroma serves South Indian and Modern Indian meals with local, organic and seasonal California produce. Her brand supports the local farmers and promotes sustainable living.
