Reservations during tasting hours:
Limit 25 people
$12 per person: This fee applies regardless of age and whether or not each guest is drinking. If they are of age and interested, this fee includes our wine tasting.
You can choose to apply this fee towards wine purchase instead of tasting. For example if you have 20 people, the fee is $240. This can either cover wine tastings, or you can choose $240 worth of wine bottles to share.
This fee reserves the space for the entire 5 hour period that we are open. Please be mindful of the fact that we close at 5:00, and cannot open bottles or pour wine after this point.
We require a non-refundable 50% deposit to confirm a group reservation. We only allow one large group per tasting day, and an event is not reserved until we have received this deposit. The remaining amount is due the day of the event, at which point the amount can be altered to reflect an increase or decrease in guest count (with the total amount not to be less than the original deposit). In the event of inclement weather, we can refund the deposit, or put it toward a future event or purchase.
You are permitted to bring your own food, but we will provide beverages. We have water and soda available, as well as wine in addition to your tasting. Outside alcohol is prohibited by law: should guests bring in outside alcohol, they will be asked to leave, and the deposit will not be refunded.
We have three six-foot tables that can be used for seating or food, for which we can provide blue or black covering. Our other seating tables are decorative, and require no covering. If you would like a particular arrangement of tables/chairs you can either send us a diagram, or we can arrange a meeting to discuss layout.
Please note that on Saturdays we have live music scheduled from 1:00-4:00. This is usually acoustic, and should not interfere with an event, but if you would prefer a quieter setting, we suggest Sundays.
